Join us for a FREE celebration of arts and wellness featuring live performances, immersive experiences, and hands-on workshops led by Miami artists and arts therapists. Explore how movement, music, visual art, writing, theater and culinary arts can heal, restore and inspire joy.

Guests of all ages can explore, create and relax through immersive experiences including:

  Join an all-ages, upbeat, contemporary hip-hop movement workshop.
- A Mindfulness Experience for Kids with PJ Kids
  Join Latin Grammy-nominated duo Periko & Jessi León and their son Milo for a bilingual interactive session that combines live music, movement, affirmations and mindfulness practices. This session is designed to promote relaxation, emotional regulation, imagination and well-being.
- 528 Hz Sound Healing Session with Chris Redding
  Join Grammy Award-nominated recording artist, producer and neurodiversity advocate Chris Redding for a sound-listening session that offers a deep dive into the 528 Hz solfeggio frequency and how it is thought to support emotional regulation.
- Medicinal Music Session with Chris Redding
  Join Chris Redding for a session that features live music, storytelling, visuals, movement and audience participation to introduce the medicinal power of music.
- Gospel Community Singing with Deana Rahming
  Join Miami gospel artist, actress and longtime music educator Deana Rahming for an uplifting gospel community-singing workshop that celebrates voice, faith, rhythm and the healing power of music for families and participants of all ages.
- Shake, Body, BOOM! Drum Performance with Giving Tree Music
  Join Giving Tree Music for interactive experiences that use drumming, movement and mindfulness to build connection, teamwork and community.
- Mindful Community Drum Circle with Giving Tree Music
  This interactive musical experience using smaller sounds is great for people with sound sensitivities. Participants use shakers, body percussion and Boomwhackers to create interactive rhythms and make amazing music together.
- Mindful Musicmaking with Giving Tree Music
  Come learn about the different modalities of meditation and play instruments used in sound healing and mindfulness practices.
- Music for Growing Minds with PJ Kids
  Join Latin Grammy Award-nominated duo Periko & Jessi León and their son Milo for a bilingual interactive concert featuring original songs focused on confidence, friendship, teamwork, gratitude, movement and emotional wellness.
- Interactive Art Installation with Picardo Colours
  Join a hands-on community art experience where participants create individual pieces using markers, crayons, oils and pastels. Every completed work will become part of a 6-foot canvas installation built with paper, PVC and layered community contributions.
- Immersive Digital Art with Monica Lopez De Victoria
  Step into a growth-themed, immersive, digital art installation featuring projected video elements inspired by nature, transformation and emotional renewal. The space will create a calming visual environment for reflection, movement and creative activities.
- Interactive Art Installation with Leah Guzman
  Join artist and board-certified art therapist Leah Guzman for interactive experiences that help children and families explore feelings through color, shape and symbolism; practice calming butterfly-breath techniques through drawing; and contribute to a collaborative butterfly mural focused on mindfulness, movement and emotional expression.
- Artmaking Station with Jordyn Dooley and Mosaic Therapy
  Join licensed therapist and art therapist Jordyn Dooley for an artmaking experience that supports self-understanding, emotional processing and authentic self-expression through guided reflection and hands-on creativity.
- The Breakthrough Experience – Short-film screening and music performance by Brooklyn Boon
  Join recording artist, podcast host and storyteller Brooklyn Boon for a short-film screening of The Breakthrough Experience, an immersive presentation centered on the idea that "a breakthrough is you breaking through what's been breaking you." Through film, music, storytelling and dialogue, the audience is invited to reflect on challenges they face while embracing the possibility of healing, growth and transformation.
  
  The experience will begin with a premiere screening of The Breakthrough Experience, followed by a live musical performance and a moderated panel discussion featuring community voices sharing perspectives on resilience, mental wellness, purpose, faith and breakthrough.
- Live Cooking with Nzingah Oniwosan
  Join Haitian American holistic health consultant and plant-based chef Nzingah Oniwosan for a cooking demonstration featuring healthy, plant-based recipes and wellness tips that inspire nourishment, balance and a holistic lifestyle.
- Poetry Writing Workshop with Just John
  Enjoy a poetry writing workshop and use storytelling and reflection to explore emotion, connection and community.
- Spoken Word Poetry with Just John
  Experience spoken word poetry, storytelling and reflection to explore emotion, connection and growth.
- Musical Theater Performance with Evolutionary Arts
  Enjoy a student-centered musical-theater performance by Evolutionary Arts Life, a South Florida arts education program dedicated to helping young artists grow through music, theater, movement and creative expression.
