Gift Certificate Redemption Guide

Using your gift certificate is easier than ever. You can now find your gift certificate number and view your gift certificate balance all in your account.

View Your Balance and Gift Certificate Number
Under your account, click on “Gift Certificates History.”

Use Your Funds
Gift certificates can be used for performance tickets, subscriptions and memberships.

To use your gift certificate, first add your performance to the cart and click “checkout.” At the bottom of the page, you may enter your gift certificate number under Payment Details. Be sure to press “apply” to use your gift certificate!

You may also gift the value to the Adrienne Arsht Center as a tax-deductible donation. Email the box office at tickets@arshtcenter.org for donation details.
