Field Trip Request Form The Busy Bees’ Great Adventure

Thank you for your interest in attending The Busy Bees’ Great Adventure with your students this school year! Please read the information below carefully and submit a completed form by September 25, 2023 to secure your field trip reservation. Confirmations will be sent by September 27, 2023.

Performance dates:
October 2-13, 2023 at 11 a.m.
Select dates are available for charter, private and public schools!

Performance run time:
60 minutes

All field trip reservations will be provided with third to fifth grade curriculum for this program. For more information, contact our education team at education@arshtcenter.org. 

Private schools are invited to purchase tickets for The Busy Bees’ Great Adventure! Tickets will be $20 per student, teacher and chaperone. Private schools are responsible for securing their own transportation. We will reach out closer to the performance to confirm the number of buses arriving. Parking will be provided for buses ONLY.

 

An invoice will be sent to the lead teacher within 5 business days. Payments can be made with a credit card or check.

M-DCPS' Cultural Passport program, in partnership with South Florida’s finest cultural organizations and venues, will provide free field experiences for students in grades K-12.

 

• Experiences are offered in the areas of Music, Theatre Arts, Dance, Science, Social Sciences, and more.

• Applications will open on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. and close on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.

The Arsht Center would like to secure your transportation! Please reach out to our preferred bus companies listed below to secure and coordinate your transportation. You MUST mention that the Adrienne Arsht Center will be covering the costs. If you receive an invoice, please submit it to education@arshtcenter.org by October 31, 2023.
