Touring Performance Request Form I am Me
Thank you for expressing interest in scheduling a performance of I am Me at your school. Please read the information below carefully and submit a completed form at your earliest convenience.
Performance touring dates:
January 19 – February 12 (Monday - Friday)
All dates are available for public, charter and private schools. Free of cost for public and charter schools. Fees may apply to private schools.
Anticipated performance time:
1 p.m.
Setup, performance and strike time:
2-hour setup | 60-minute performance with a Q and A | 1-hour set strike
Required technical requirements:
- An accessible onsite contact
- Access to a loading dock or clear entrance
- Access to a clean, safe and accessible performance space
- Full clearance of the performance space for 4 hours
Other suggested technical requirements:
- Parking
- Clean dressing rooms
- Pre-event site visit and walk through the performance space
PLEASE NOTE: If your school cannot deliver all technical requirements, our coordinator will work with you to establish what is feasible.
