Field Trip Request Form Jazz Roots Sound Check

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2026-27 season of Jazz Roots Sound Check with your students!

Please read the information below carefully and submit a completed form to request a field trip reservation. Space is limited, and we typically receive more requests than we are able to accommodate. 

Tickets and dinner will be provided for all participants. Bus transportation will also be provided for public and charter schools. Details regarding transportation will be communicated two weeks prior to the performance date.

Jazz Roots Sound Check is free of charge for Miami-Dade County public and charter schools. The program is also available to private schools for a per-student fee. Private schools interested in attending should email education@arshtcenter.org for pricing and additional information.

Please note this experience is best suited for high school students but middle school band students are also welcome.
