Business of the Arts Seminar Series
These seminars offer valuable practical tools to help artists present their artistic vision in a business setting, maintain their business finances and develop their brand. Topics also include grant writing, marketing, budgeting and resource management.
Kennedy Center National Partners in Education - Teaching Artist Training
In partnership with the John F. Kennedy Center, the Arsht Center provides workshops for local teaching artists and performing arts professionals who teach. Workshops include use of "Common Core" for cross-curricular lesson planning using the performing arts as a teaching tool. Training sessions also address classroom management, lesson planning and cooperative learning.
