Thank you for your interest in applying to be considered for outstanding achievement and representing Miami-Dade County as a national finalist at the Jimmy Awards.

Please carefully read the information below and submit a completed form by Friday, December 12, 2025.

For those interested in representing Miami-Dade County as Best Actor/Actress at the Jimmy Awards, we will hold callback auditions for these national finalists at the Arsht on January 10 and 11, 2026. The audition will include a live performance of the submitted vocal selections, a dance call where students will learn a short piece of choreography to perform and acting and vocal workshops. Please submit preliminary audition materials using the form below and bring hard copies of your sheet music to call backs with cuts clearly marked. An accompanist will be provided.

For students applying to be considered for outstanding achievement in theatrical design, technical execution, stage management and student reporting, a portfolio of supporting materials can be submitted using the form below.

Student applications are now open. Applicants from participating schools should submit the form below by Friday, December 12, 2025. To complete the application, please upload all requested materials. A list of supporting materials can be found here.
