The Arsht can assist with your transportation fees! Please reach out to our preferred bus companies listed below to secure and coordinate your transportation. You MUST mention that the Adrienne Arsht Center will be covering the costs. If you receive an invoice, please submit it to education@arshtcenter.org by October 18, 2025. 1. Private schools are invited to purchase tickets for The Busy Bees’ Great Adventure on Wednesday, October 15 at 11:50 a.m.. Tickets will be $15 per student, teacher and chaperone. Private schools are responsible for securing their own transportation. We will reach out closer to the performance to confirm the number of buses arriving. Parking will be provided for buses ONLY.
An invoice will be sent to the lead teacher within 5 business days. Payments can be made with a credit card or check.

M-DCPS' Cultural Passport program, in partnership with South Florida's finest cultural organizations and venues, provides free field trip experiences for students in grades K-12. Experiences are offered in the areas of Music, Theatre Arts, Dance, Science, Social Sciences, and more.
