Field Trip Request Form Kitty Hawk

Thank you for your interest in attending Kitty Hawk with your students this school year! Please read the information below carefully and submit a completed form by September 15, 2025 to secure your field trip reservation.

Performance dates:
September 29 - October 3, 2025

Performance times:
10:20 a.m. and 11:50 a.m.

Select dates are available for charter, private and public schools.

Performance run time:
50 minutes

All field trip reservations will be provided with seventh grade curriculum for this program. For more information, contact our education team at education@arshtcenter.org.

What type of school do you represent?*

Private schools are invited to purchase tickets for Kity Hawk on Wednesday, October 1 at 11:50 a.m.. Tickets will be $15 per student, teacher and chaperone. Private schools are responsible for securing their own transportation. We will reach out closer to the performance to confirm the number of buses arriving. Parking will be provided for buses ONLY.

An invoice will be sent to the lead teacher within 5 business days. Payments can be made with a credit card or check.

M-DCPS' Cultural Passport program, in partnership with South Florida’s finest cultural organizations and venues, will provide free field experiences for students in grades K-12.

• Experiences are offered in the areas of Music, Theatre Arts, Dance, Science, Social Sciences, and more.

• Applications for the 2024-25 school year will open in early September 2024.

You MUST mention that the Adrienne Arsht Center will be covering the costs. If you receive an invoice, please submit it to education@arshtcenter.org by October 4, 2024.
