Field Trip Request Form Jazz Roots Sound Check

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2025-26 season of Jazz Roots Sound Check with your students!

 Please read the information below carefully and submit a completed form to secure your field trip reservation.

Tickets and dinner will be provided for all participants. Bus transportation will be provided for public and charter schools. Details regarding transportation will be communicated two weeks prior to the performance date.

 This program is free for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Please email education@arshtcenter.org for private school inquiries.

Please note this experience is best suited for high school students but middle school band students are also welcome.
