Ticket holder, for itself and on behalf of its heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Adrienne Arsht Center Trust, Inc. d/b/a Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County (the “Arsht”), its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers and if applicable, owners and lessors of the Arsht (the “Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This ticket is purchased subject to the terms and conditions of the Arsht, which are published at www.ArshtCenter.org and may be amended, from time to time, without notice. This ticket will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat stated on the reverse side. Each person must have a ticket regardless of age. This ticket is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Reproduction of this ticket is not permitted. Prices printed on the ticket may or may not include all charges. Ticket service and handling fees are not refundable. The price of an individual ticket may differ from a ticket purchased through a subscription. Prices printed on individual Broadway Subscription Tickets reflect face value only, and do not include the package fees (which include but are not limited to Broadway Elite, Branding and Handling). Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Pursuant to s. 817.36, Florida Statutes, this ticket may not be resold for more than $1 over the original admission price. This ticket is a revocable license and the Arsht reserves the right, without any refund, to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, illegal or fails to comply with the rules of the venue, including but not limited to security screening and bag checks. The ticket holder expressly assumes all liability, risk of loss, personal injury and damages incidental to the event and agrees to indemnify and hold the Arsht and Miami-Dade County, and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, and successors harmless from any liability arising from the ticket holder’s acts or omissions. In the event of any cancellation, the ticket holder’s sole recourse is to exchange this ticket for a performance on a different date or a different event, at the Arsht’s sole discretion. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion, contests and sweepstakes or other purposes without the express written consent of the Arsht. The ticket holder consents to the use of their image or likeness incidental to any video, photograph, transmission or recording of the event at the Arsht for the use in any format or media (currently existing or to be developed in the future) including but not limited to publication, print, TV, electronic, internet and social media. The use of cameras, video or audio recording equipment is prohibited. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Arsht. Doors open 30 minutes prior to curtain time. Price, show, artist, date and time are subject to change. The programming presented at the Arsht reflects a diversity of artistic voices and does not imply endorsement of any particular viewpoint by the Arsht. The Arsht’s non-enforcement of any provision of the terms and conditions contained herein shall not be construed to constitute a waiver of the Arsht’s right to enforce any prior, contemporaneous or future terms or conditions.

NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RECORDING

When you buy a ticket for an event at the Arsht, you may be photographed or video recorded. By arriving for the event, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites.
