Student Ambassadors for the Arsht

We are now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year to admit 50 9th, 10th and 11th grade students from Miami-Dade public, private, charter and home schools, ages 14+. Applications are due Sunday, September 14!

Why you should apply:

Earn community service hours
Attend quarterly meetings and workshops
Attend shows for FREE, including Broadway, classical, jazz and theater programs
Meet like-minded students from all over South Florida
Serve as ambassadors for the arts in your local community

Application requirements:

500-word essay on the following topic: How would you use your role as a Student Ambassador to support and represent the Adrienne Arsht Center’s mission?
One letter of recommendation from a teacher, coach or mentor

Our mission is to create meaningful community-building experiences for the citizens of Miami-Dade County and South Florida through active learning and live theatrical experiences. Every year, we offer more than 100 culturally diverse and inclusive events serving 40,000 people of all ages—many enhanced by the Adrienne Arsht Center’s relationship with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, local teaching artists, arts organizations and resident companies.
