This ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of NBCUniversal News Group, its parent corporation, subsidiaries, and its designees (collectively "Licensor"). This ticket will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid for use only by the registered ticketholder (“Licensee”) for the event ("Event") and for the seating assigned. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. Reproduction of this ticket is not permitted. The Licensor shall be entitled to, without any compensation, refuse admission or to eject any Licensee for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to failure to comply with mandatory security screening and bag checks. The Licensee expressly assumes all liability, risk of loss, personal injury and damages incidental to the Event and agrees to indemnify and hold the Licensor, Performing Arts Center Trust, Inc. d/b/a Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, and Miami-Dade County, and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, and successors harmless from any liability arising from the Licensee's acts or omissions. In the event of any cancellation or postponement of the Event, the Licensee shall not be entitled to receive any compensation whatsoever. The Licensee consents to the use of the Licensee's image, name, voice and likeness in any video, photograph, transmission or recording of the Event or captured in connection with the Event for transmission, rebroadcast, distribution, and/or any other use in any format or media (currently existing or to be developed in the future) including but not limited to publication, print, TV, electronic, internet, and social media throughout the world in perpetuity. The use by Licensee of cameras, video or audio recording equipment is prohibited.

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Licensor. Date and Time of the Event are subject to change.
