Homenaje por los 150 años de los nacimientos de Serafín (1871-1938) y Joaquín (1873-1944) Álvarez Quintero, al volver a representar algunas de sus piezas más carismáticas. Una visión con el foco puesto en lo melodramático, que ofrece un retrato idealizado, divertido y amable de la tierra de Andalucía. Sus textos llenos de ritmo y personajes carismáticos nos brindan un encuentro con el espectador, ya que sus sainetes demuestran la maestría de sus autores.

This tribute to the 150th anniversary of the births of playwrights Serafín (1871-1938) and Joaquín (1873-1944) Álvarez Quintero presents some of the brothers’ most appealing works. A Tribute to the Álvarez Quintero Brothers offers an idealized, amusing and friendly portrait of the land of Andalusia. The brothers’ masterful plays are filled with rhythm and charismatic characters.
