Hailing from Detroit, Tasha Page-Lockhart is the Season 6 winner of Sunday Best, the BET network’s hit gospel singing competition. Page-Lockhart is the daughter of award-winning gospel singer Lisa Page Brooks and granddaughter of Warren Harris, a founder of Motown group The Monitors. She began singing at a young age, recording jingles for Chrysler, Bisquick, Kmart, the Detroit Red Wings and United Way.

Since 2014, Page-Lockhart has released two albums, Here Right Now and The Beautiful Project. Her duet with Bryan Popin, “Beautiful Savior,” hit No. 1 on Billboard, and she is featured on Tye Tribbett’s Grammy-nominated All Things New. Since the release of her albums, Page-Lockhart has performed on BET’s Celebration of Gospel and 106 & Park, at the Stellar Awards and on other TV programs. Page-Lockhart is a two-time Stellar Award winner and was twice named female vocalist of the year at the Gospel Touch Music Awards in the U.K. She appears as Netta in Tyler Perry’s Madea on the Run, wrote the book And the Winner Is… Tasha Page-Lockhart Uncut and hosts the Not Just for Church Folk podcast.

A survivor of rape and drug addiction, Page-Lockhart is dedicated to helping others on their road to recovery through music, empowerment and entertainment.

Hosted by WPLG Local 10’s Calvin Hughes and Betty Davis.
