Summer Shorts, America’s Short Play Festival returns for its milestone 25th season of lively, provocative, hilarious and tuneful 10-minute comedies, dramas and mini-musicals written by the country’s best playwrights and starring South Florida’s most talented and versatile actors. The festival offers two programs of shorts. Produced by the incomparable City Theatre, the Summer Shorts Silver Anniversary Celebration will present Program A featuring an exciting collection of “All New Original Shorts,” including a surprising comedy playwright Steve Yockey (The Flight Attendant).

Summer Shorts is an annual theatrical celebration that showcases the diversity of Miami through a 90-minute program of comedies, dramas and mini-musicals. Audiences love Summer Shorts!
