Young Yelia dreams of making it big but there is one problem — her terrible stage fright! After seeking advice from her mother, Yeila embarks on a journey to Cuba to “find roots, get confidence and be amazing!” Yelia reconnects with her ailing grandmother and is inspired to create an unforgettable performance. Dance along in this joyful, interactive show that explores confidence by discovering roots and creating new ones. HAVANA HOP: a children’s tale of culture and confidence!

One actress portrays three generations of women in this interactive show written and performed by PAIGE HERNANDEZ with music by NICK THA 1DA.
