Joshua Bell and the Academy, a critically acclaimed combination, welcome Miami audiences back with what promises to be another “performance of greater momentum than many larger orchestras with a conductor on the podium” (South Florida Classical Review).

The evening includes Dvořák’s Violin Concerto in A minor, a virtuoso work incorporating the spirit of the Czech composer’s homeland that has charmed violinists and audiences around the world. The program concludes with Beethoven’s dramatic and emotional Eroica (meaning “heroic”), a work that is credited with elevating the symphony into a work of art in its own right.
