• Is it free to sign up?

  Yes.

• How much are tickets?

  $25.

• Are there additional fees?

  No. The fees are part of the $25 ticket price.

• Are there a limited number of tickets?

  Yes, and they’re first come, first served.

• May I buy them at the box office?

  No. Tickets are only available online.

• Who qualifies?

  Full-time students at an accredited college or university.

• How do I prove that I am a current student?

  Please use your college or university email address (ending in .edu) when you register through ID.me.

• When does my membership expire?

  Upon graduation.

• How many tickets may I purchase per show?

  There is a two-ticket limit per Arsht Pass registrant.

• May I purchase a second ticket for someone who is not part of the program?

  Yes. Your guest does not need to be a student.

• Do I get to select whatever seats I want?

  No. Seats will be selected 24 to 48 hours before the show starts.

• I already bought tickets, but I cannot attend the show.

  There are no refunds or exchanges. Tickets are not transferable.

• How will I learn about upcoming offers?

  All Arsht Pass members will receive a monthly e-newsletter with offers. You may also log in to your account at any time to view available tickets.
