Music Director Franz Welser-Möst opens The Cleveland Orchestra’s 2010 Miami Residency with performances of Johannes Brahms’s lyrical Symphony No. 2 and Thomas Adès’s Violin Concerto with Leila Josefowicz as soloist.  This program juxtaposes Brahms’s beloved Second Symphony with a contemporary work by British phenom composer Thomas Adès, performed by the glamorous violinist Leila Josefowicz.
