Meet the Volkswagen EOS, the award winning hardtop convertible from Volkswagen, aptly named after the goddess of wind and dawn. If that sounds like music to your ears—and feels like wind through your hair—then the Eos might be right for you.

To WIN a 2010 Volkswagen Eos and to support the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, Florida Grand Opera, Miami City Ballet and New World Symphony, America's Orchestral Academy, please enter the Drawing at the Adrienne Arsht Center's Ziff Ballet Opera House Lobby during performances or call 786.468.2243.

$100 per ticket—suggested minimum contribution—limit of 10 tickets per person. The Drawing will continue beyond Arts Odyssey: A Collaboration, through the holidays and will take place on the evening of Valentine's Day - February 14, 2010 at the Adrienne Arsht Center (event and time to be announced).




“EOS” DRAWING OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter the Drawing. 1000 Drawing tickets will be offered for the suggested minimum contribution of $100 per ticket. Limit of 10 tickets per person.
  2. The Drawing will occur on 2/14/2010, at the Adrienne Arsht Center, 1300 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida, 33132. Drawing entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  3. The winner will be selected by a random drawing on the evening of Sunday, February 14, 2010. The winner does not need to be present to win and will be notified by telephone.  However, if a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the Drawing, an alternate winner will be chosen. All prizes will be awarded. 
  4. The automobile is donated by Esserman International Volkswagen and Volkswagen (the "Donors"). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, nor redeemable for cash. No substitutions are permitted.
  5. There will not be any refunds for the tickets or the prize.
  6. By entering, the entrant fully agrees to follow these Official Rules and to hold forever harmless, defend and indemnify the Performing Arts Center Trust, Inc., d/b/a the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, the Adrienne Arsht Center Foundation, Inc., the Performing Arts Center Foundation of Greater Miami Inc., d/b/a the Carnival Center Foundation, Miami-Dade County, the Donors, and their respective subsidiaries, parents, partners, affiliates, directors, officers, trustees, employees, agents and servants against any and all liabilities, losses, damages (of any nature whatsoever), claims, suits, actions, fees, taxes, costs and attorney's fees (at all levels), with respect to, or arising out of, an entrant's participation in the Drawing. 
  7. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. A 1099 form will be issued for each prize and winner.
  8. The winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to: (i) grant the use of each winner's name, public likeness, biographical data, voice, photograph and/or image in any and all advertising, marketing, promotions and other publicity (in any and all media, currently existing or to be developed in the future), in perpetuity, conducted by the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, and its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates; and (ii) to execute a standard release and indemnity form.
  9. The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, the Florida Grand Opera, the Miami City Ballet, the New World Symphony, America's Orchestra Academy, the Donors of the prize, and their affiliates are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. Each winner must have a valid ticket to be awarded the prize.
  10. The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County is exclusively entitled to interpret these Official Rules as required and its decisions are final.
  11. The winner of the automobile will be required to pay all title, taxes, tags, registration, insurance and any other fees required by the government before title will be issued and the automobile is transferred, and will also be subject to certain rules and/or restrictions as determined by the Donors, which may be obtained by viewing the website: www.arshtcenter.org/gala09.
