The Miami Music Project will headline the Adrienne Arsht Center's free Family Fest with a special side-by-side concert featuring the Project’s professional musicians and members of the Miami-Dade High School Honors Orchestra. The performance in the Knight Concert Hall begins at 2pm and will be conducted by Miami Music Project Artistic Director James Judd. The program's theme is “music and travel,” and will will be narrated from the stage, featuring dancers and beloved classical music by Strauss, Grieg and Copland.

The Adrienne Arsht Center presents Family Fest, a free series featuring family-friendly out-of-doors activities and performances! Your entire family will have a blast at this fun-filled day full of music, dancing, hands-on demonstrations, and mini-workshops. The activities will provide engaging opportunities for parents to share with their children, while introducing "up-close" involvement in the performing arts.
