Theater Up Close 2013/2014
The Theater Up Close season features five incredible productions — four plays and one musical — all representing ongoing artistic collaborations. The House Theatre of Chicago’s wintry tale of curses and courage, ROSE AND THE RIME. The Arsht Center’s acclaimed partnership with Zoetic Stage continues in 2013 with three productions, Michael McKeever’s up-to-the-minute Hollywood satire, CLARK GABLE SLEPT HERE; the regional premiere of Amy Herzog’s off-Broadway triumph, THE GREAT GOD PAN; and Stephen Sondheim’s ASSASSINS, the first Broadway musical to be part of the Theater Up Close series.
